Hey you guys i wanna ask something im talking about how to make a server without CS2D Dedicated keep turned on Everyday Because you know if you keep the CS2D Dedicated keep turned on Everyday it would broke your computers because your PC cant stay for many years .Im just wanna ask about how to make a server that like FWS i mean it stays for soo many days without Dedicated Client or what?

To run a server 24/7 you should run the CS2D dedicated server on an actual server machine that you typically rent somewhere for some money. This way you don't have to run it on your own PC.

I never said, you need 40 USD. Even the cheapest OVH VPS is like 5 USD, but using free VPS servers, that are usually trials or abused is the worst way to start your own server.

40 USD is a price for average Windows server. CS2D dedicated server can be launched on Linux. VPS which working on this OS can be purchased for $2+ per month.
