Gaios: Shouldn't resolution from 64x64 trigger HD scaling though?32x32 shouldn't be the limit.
Edit:
I've just tested it.
if x & y size is above 64, it will trigger HD mode.
32x32 is far from limit.
Show the image of the skin you are using so we can reproduce the issue.

You don't direct upload it here, you upload it to an image sharing site like imgur and then fetch the direct image link from there.
