When i start my pc the bios always shows, i set everything then save and exit, now restart.. but already show...
i think my bios batter or same is on low...
or what do you think?

If you always get a message about "default settings" or such (mostly you have to press F1) then yes, your bios battery is too low to save the settings.
so the cd was "broken"?
i think yes because when i restarted these steps, i not get black screen, but show something with bootstraper, and i must be restart..
Then go get a CD. CD's are really cheap, you could find it anywhere in any shop.
1. Get a CD
2. If you're using windows, Click me
If you're using Linux, then I have no fucking idea on how could you burn things into a CD.
3. Boot from CD-Rom drive
4. Reinstall Debian
