but when i go to sleep or i turn off the PC
my server desapear from serverlist
He doesn't mean cs2d_dedicated, he means a computer at a remote location that runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Buy one from places like: Server4You and StratoServers. I have experience with both and they are as far my favourite in terms of pricing, up-time and the all-important bandwidth.
