@ Yates: No, I did read your post. But still, "it could be abused" is not enough a reason to prove that it isn't efficient. Sometimes I cannot be active enough to moderate the forum and I do require of this, I could say that I understand the position of most of the inactive moderators. And no, I barely receive PMs with complaints from other users. If you want, I could show you screenshots of my inbox.
@ GamerNewb: I don't find that is necessary a "How-To" section where you can post tutorials. Actually in each section (not all of them) there are already some tutorials (CS2D for example) which they are marked with ! (Important). If you feel that there's a missed tutorial you can create one in the specific section of the game but only if this tutorial is useful.
As for the PC building, you can simply google it some forums about it and same go for game and software installation.
For everything unrelated to the sections they go to "Off-Topic" Section, off-topic is enough for the topics that will not be suitable for most sections.
The entire thread is tl;dr.
I hope nobody suggested this: Add Sort function to profile to find out an user's best liked/downloaded/commented/sort from a-z files. Currently there is no sort function.
@ _oops: yes, that would be cool.
@ J192: You shouldn't say "No" just like that. The tags could be seen by everybody, everybody needs to see them, and the moderators can give a hand if something is wrong. Plus, there should also be a list for the moderators, in case somebody tries to fake some older file because the new ones are easier to observe than the old ones which don't even appear if not wanted by the uploader.
@ Pseudon: I can say "No" with a justified reason. Also, why give moderators more headache when you can just not do so? People will mostly just put completely unrelated tags that are popularly searched in order to promote their shitty unrelated files. Besides, this exists.
Ok, I am sorry for suggesting to put the poor moderators to more work. Anyway I prefer to let @ DC: decide, I don't want to argue with you for some stupid reason. All I have to say is that I like it.
More headache... made my day ._. .
@ J192: In my opinion, you can take a corn, jab it in your butt and think more at this idea. I find _oops's idea a good one and if the "idiots" will abuse this thing, moderators will punish them.

In my opinion, you can learn to properly argue with people to change their views on the matter instead of mindlessly flaming just so you can look cool. DC have easily changed my opinion on it just by explaining logically without trying to look condescending.
Seriously, I have seen most of your posts here and they are usually abusive and unhelpful with no intent to criticize. Please improve on that.
I don't really think it has been already proposed but I wanna say about some feature that allows you to blank / censor certain avatar pictures ( User's Avatar ), in case you find it offensive and you want to avoid it.
P.S. - Yes, it's lame... but still it's something, right?
@ Pseudon: Definitely too unimportant and too special to be implemented. It would have a very bad "time needed to implement" / "benefits" ratio. Instead you could just grab one of hundreds of browser plugins which allow you to simply block/hide certain images.
