So i made this cool roleplay map, and i wanted to start my own server upon that map, but i cant find the right lua scripts to use for it!
I know its allready too much asked for someone to make a script for me, but im hoping that anyone could help!
If you do help me, the credits are all on you!

THE SCRIPTS I NEED:

1.A ROLEPLAY LUA:
Each and every single lua script ive been looking through has practically the same functions- CTs are admins and moderators, whitch makes it impossible for anyone without the rights to join the team! in my server the ct are supposed to be police that control the city and fight against crime!
So basically i just need the two teams not to be seperated!

2. Car script, im guessing this one is a little hard, because when i searched for car luas, there were only 3 and none of them were what i needed!

what i need is, when u press F4 u get a buyable car menu each cost the same ammount of money (idk 5000 maybe)
and ofcourse then they would drive the cars (car drive mode- car image on top of the player and players running speed is faster like in a car)

3.Currency!

im also looking for currency in the script because the server needs currency to buy things! (money hud on the side, drop, pickup, system, and the money would save so that in the next login it would stay the same way as u loged out!

4.Stun gun!

Im not sure if this one is possible or not, but im pretty sure if it is, then its probably really hard to make!

the script- every ct gets a stungun (scout skin/sound) whitch, when you shoot at a terrorist, it stops him from moving. after the terrorist is stunned, the ct can somehow carry him (the impossible part)! the purpose of the stun gun is for the ct to stop the terorist and carry him to jail!

5. Deathmatch remade!

The script would basically be like-
CT cant Kill CT, But CT can kill TS, and Ts can kill TS and TS can kill CT

CT+CT=NO DMG
CT+TS=DMG
TS+TS=DMG
TS+CT=DMG
i would be running the server mode on deathmatch!

Thats pretty much all the scripts i would need!

i know its a lot, and im not expecting for anyone to actually do this for me, you dont have to make anything, im just askin if you can make it, if u have nothing else better to do or if you feel like helping or whatever.

one more thing, maybe if you cant make all of them, you can maybe make atleast one of those (whitch ever seems the easiest)

i tried learning scipting once, but it was all just a bunch of letters and words and signs and things, i didnt understand a single thing! it might be just my stupid brain not being able to process smart things

4 and 5 look really like Altis life to me. 5 = ez, a few lines. 4 = not hard with a crappy implementation. I will do 4,5 for you and probably take on a proper economy plugin as those aren't hard too.
PS: Can you tell more details about 4?

Yes... point 5 is really easy and user VADemon will do it for you, great! I also don't understand point 4 .
Here exists scripts of point 1 and 2, but point 3 can't work because it must work with the entire script.

user _-098-, my suggestion is that after the player is hit by the "stun gun" aka tazer, he can't move anymore for a few seconds and in the meantime the CT has to shakle him else the T will be able to move again.

also, the point 4 or StunGun is basically would just be any weapon that is remade into a gun that stuns the one who got shot with it, the other feature to it would be the possibility to carry the shot/stunned person.

I have seen in some servers that some admins carry around a few players at the tip of their mouse <- thats kinda how it would be best.

@user VADemon: first of all, Thank you! a lot!
secondly, the Stun Gun would be any weapon given to CT on their spawn/respawn in their hands, (Scout would be best) that when u shoot at any person (only ts, because CT cant/shouldnt hurt CT) it stuns or stops the person from moving at all, then there should be a carrying feature so that the ct can carry the stunned person to jail! thats pretty much all....in case u need button explanation-
LMB-Stun ; RMB- UnStun ; E-Carry the person (only when stunned)

Also, Maybe to be more clear, the server i want to make is based on a rp server i used to play on gmod 9, it was FaceWan dark rp with the map "OviCity", it was really fun, it has all the features i mentioned in the luas i need-
the ct/police stun gun, and after the person gets stunned the ct could ragdol grab them with the gravity gun and carry them to the jail. there were also cars, but thats not that important.
there was also a mayor/president to the city, weapon selling was illegal, cops would break in and mess everything up! i also remember the pizza store with the music thing- awesome times! unfortunatley as the new gmod updates came, the server got shut down and moved to gmod 10 and futher versions of gmod so thats why i want to make the server, i want to bring back the fun i had on gmon to cs 2D!

@user _-098-: This "stun gun" looks like the tazer replacing the silenced pistol in SAMP Cops And Criminals servers. Police, fbi and cia should spawn with it. When one criminal is hit they can place in him handcuffs and finally arrest him, then drop off him to jail at the police department.

@user Coolhand: yes, except when they shoot the stun gun, after it freezes/stuns the criminal, the cop can carry the criminal to the jail!
