Anyways, my computer is already having trouble with CS2D, so won't even bother trying the rest - it'll crash whatsoever.

True... i thought i missed one of their releases, but actually there's no cs1.8
To tell you guys, the most popular among other players in the world is CS 1.6. I used to play CS 1.6 until i installed ubuntu.
It also has lots of mods, but harder to modify (there's no lua script
). I play cs2d because it's very simple and doesn't require much of computer resources.J.

Anyway my favorite is CS2D.
CS1.6 = Don´t good anymore. CS1.6 is popular but i think it´s booring and it isn´t good anymore.

I like both.
Counter-Strike 1.6 boring without bots, almost all the server needs a hacker, and has few anti-cheat.
(computer resource Steam using trash of what servers you need steam to play(99%) and it got cheaters too cs:s)
the Fun gameplay and simpleness will forever be better then graphics cs1.6 and cs2d

my netbook can run cs2d without lag so idk what's wrong with ur comp
Don't get me wrong, Source rocks, but Steam doesn't work very well in SA and therefore CS:S cannot be played reliably on the internet here. Which sucks.

No, he runs Linux, CS2D causes shit on a lot of distros, especially Ubuntu and most Fedora Core distros ( ever since 11 I have been having sound and grphical probs ).
